Dog owners Michael Greig and Sally Burbridge conducted an extensive conversation without once using their adult voice when they met today while walking.
Containing phrases such as “you’re cute aren’t you”, “what’s your Mummy’s name?”, “I wonder if Mummy would like to have a drink with Walter’s Daddy some time?” and “Horatio’s Mummy is free next Wednesday at 8pm”, the five to six minute conversation was deemed a success by both parties.
It is unclear what voices the two will use when they meet up for dinner next week.
