The gap between men and women is expected to remain at least 14cm for the foreseeable future, experts have warned.
Men have enjoyed an average height well above that of women for generations, with little sign of the gap closing.
But spokesperson Samantha May said people shouldn’t lose hope. “It’s within reach”.
