U2 front man Bono says the world is becoming complacent, and is at risk of totally forgetting about the importance of Bono.
Announcing a new world-tour of benefit concerts – which will include some of the world’s great tax havens – Bono said much more needed to be done.
“There’s so much else that’s going on in people’s lives. It’s so easy to forget about me,” he said. “I mean, when was the last time you stopped and took just a few moments to think about Bono?”
“All I’m asking is for each person to spend a few minutes of each day thinking about me. It’s a small thing, but it can make a big difference”.
All donations will be tax deductable.
