Donald Trump has asked US scientists to begin development of a longer, more potent Tweet apparatus, upping the ante in an increasingly tense arms race with North Korea.
The new Tweet – which if successful could be up to 280 characters long – would have the potential to drop twice as many empty threats on North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un, leading to much larger burns.
While many within the White House are pushing for the development, some experts are nervous about where the escalation could lead. “Just imagine if Donald Trump had a 560 character or even a 1120 character Tweet at his disposal. I don’t think any of us would survive that”.
