Christmas delivery expert Santa Claus is staying on-trend in the competitive Christmas market by offering best-in-class gift outcomes this year.
A spokesperson for Mr Claus said innovation was key. “We’ve always been about driving happiness for our customers, and what sets us apart is being able to scale our offering globally,” she said.
The newly rebranded MySanta service allows children to write a list of the presents they would like and then hand it directly to their parents. “It’s the level of customisation and personalisation that the market is demanding,” the spokesperson said.
She encouraged customers to ‘join the conversation’ by writing a note to Santa this year. “We’re all about engagement”.
