An increasing number of Australian holiday-makers say they will boycott all non-American capital punishment nations.
“From now on, I’m only going to places that respect human life, and California,” Brisbane resident Kylie White said today.
Perth man Tom Lambard said enough was enough. “I couldn’t possibly bring myself to go to a country that has the death penalty, or cancel my holiday to Florida”.
He said he hadn’t booked a trip to Bali this year because he had to save up for a wedding in Vegas, but if he had, he would have definitely canned it.
